Eligibility

Aridemi Hub is intended for adults. You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) to use the service.

Account registration

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. You agree to provide accurate and complete information and to keep it up to date.

Application submissions

You are responsible for the accuracy of your application, supporting documents, and any information about third parties (such as references). You must have permission to share reference contact details with us.

Submitting an application does not guarantee an award. We may request additional information or clarification.

System-assisted checks

We use system-assisted checks to help staff review documents for completeness and consistency. These checks support our review process and do not replace human decision-making.

Uploads and content

You retain ownership of the content you submit. By uploading content, you grant Aridemi Stiftung a limited, non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, store, and process that content solely for evaluating and administering scholarships.

You agree not to upload unlawful, infringing, or malicious content, and not to interfere with the security or operation of the service.

Communications

We may send service-related emails or SMS messages about your application, deadlines, and status updates. You can manage your notification preferences in your account settings.

Fees

Aridemi Hub does not charge application fees. If we introduce paid features in the future, we will provide notice and updated terms.

Account termination

You may request account deletion at any time through your account settings. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, are fraudulent, or misuse the service.

Disclaimers

The service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Aridemi Stiftung will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the service.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Liechtenstein. The courts of Vaduz, Liechtenstein have exclusive jurisdiction, unless applicable law provides otherwise.
